We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. You may return any product purchased on ecafe.es within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please ensure that the products are carefully packaged to prevent any damage during shipping.
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was received. If the product is in good condition, we will initiate the refund process.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
